Calibration

Regular calibration ensures your TERMOGRAF device reads within its stated accuracy (±0.5 °C for temperature, ±3 %RH for humidity). We perform calibration against traceable reference standards and issue a certificate of conformity with each service. We recommend annual calibration for regulatory-compliant environments such as pharmaceutical warehouses and cold chain transport.

Preventive Maintenance

Our preventive maintenance program includes a full functional check, firmware update, printer mechanism cleaning, battery health verification, and sensor integrity testing. Maintenance visits can be scheduled on-site or at our facility in Preajba. We recommend annual maintenance to maximize device lifespan and minimize unplanned downtime.

Repairs

If your TERMOGRAF device has a hardware fault — damaged probe, printer malfunction, display issue, or battery failure — our repair center can diagnose and fix the problem.
