1. Shipping Methods
Products ordered on www.termograf.ro are delivered via express courier services. The carrier designated by Synchro SRL is Cargus for domestic deliveries (Romania) and FedEx for international shipments.
Alternatively, products may be collected in person from our premises at str. Zambilelor 13, Preajba, Dolj, Romania, by prior appointment.
2. Estimated Delivery Times

The above timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, and courier conditions. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on order weight and delivery destination, and are displayed during the checkout process before order confirmation. For orders above a certain value threshold, shipping may be free — details are shown on the product page and in the shopping cart.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order received, Monday through Friday, 08:00–16:30. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number (AWB) so you can monitor the delivery status on the courier's website.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect the package upon receipt. If the package shows visible damage, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting us immediately at office@synchro.ro or by phone at +40 317 800 000.
