Basic Care
Annual calibration with certificate of conformity and firmware update.
Premium Care
Annual calibration + preventive maintenance + priority repair turnaround.
Extended Warranty
Extend your manufacturer warranty by 1 or 2 years, including parts and labor.
Express Repair
48-hour turnaround on repair tickets with advance replacement option.
Consumables & Accessories
Keep your TERMOGRAF running with genuine consumables: BPA-free thermal paper rolls, replacement probes, batteries, and USB cables. All items are available in our online store and can be included in your service package for automatic replenishment.
Warranty Information
All TERMOGRAF TG5 devices come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty includes free repair or replacement at our facility. Probes and thermal paper are classified as consumables and carry a 6-month warranty. For extended warranty options, see our service packages above.
